  This place needs to be reported honestly. The hotel amenities stated on line are completely false. No breakfast and no coffee for those who do drink it. Our room had no heat (and this is -3 degree weather right now)..and when I asked about it, both front desk guys just told me where the heat came from; didn't acknowledge that we weren't getting heat at all. We didn't get any room service, and when my husband asked for towels at the front desk, they gave him a wad of towels..they weren't folded at all. The phone in the room didnt work either. So, after staying 2 out of the 3 nights we paid for out of desperation, I decided to leave. I waited at the front desk for a bit ringing the service bell and asking if anyone was there. Eventually, someone came out. I'm pretty sure he was drunk...he came out with only socks on and had glossed over blood shot eyes and didn't even look at you when he talked...with slurred speech. He eventually refunded me for the third night we were supposed to stay because I refused to pay for another night especially if we weren't staying. I NEVER get that upset with employees to the point of confronting them. So that goes to show how bad this was. Please stay else where.
