  My Toyota is one of the many vehicles that is part of the takata airbag recall. I have stopped in twice to this dealership to get it scheduled for the airbag replacement. The first time I was told the parts weren't available and that it would be months before they would get one in. When I asked them to call me when it became available, they took my name down but never called.
  
  The second time I was told they were too busy and it would be multiple weeks before they could get it done. Then I had a sales rep tell me that "I don't need to worry about it, because the airbag issue only affects vehicles in high moisture environments".
  
  Unbelievable. Toyota, you need to remove your brand name from these folks establishment - they do not represent your values.
